The Weekly Vibe
Its All About the Connection
When I had my near death experience, people asked if I worried about my parents. I didn’t. I knew I was OK. I knew they would be OK. Wherever I was, the fear fell off and the view widened. You see the bigger thing. You see how this life is part of the experience, not the end of it. Love keeps moving. Learning keeps moving.
About a year and a half after I came back, my older brother, Kevin, died. Stage four lung cancer, brain tumor. They gave him six months. He made it four. I was mad. I was already there, and he was here. In my head I kept thinking he had more to live for than I did. He had a daughter. I even said to God, I was right there, why didn’t you keep me and let him stay. I didn’t understand yet. Grief is loud when your view has not settled.
Time passed. The link did not break. I hear from him all the time. I miss his body walking through my door, but I know he sees what I’ve walked through, and I know he’s proud. One year on my birthday I was feeding my cats, nothing special, and from the living room I heard, clear as day, “Happy birthday, David.” His voice. I stopped. “Kevin, is that you.” It was loud and perfect. He still plays music for me. Friends who passed years ago drop in the same way. I do not sit around waiting for a giant sign. Small things land. A song at the right minute. A clean thought that feels like it snapped into place. A nudge to open a drawer I forgot. I say, I know you’re here. That is enough.
Here is the part people miss. From the other side, they don’t worry the way we do. They see we are going to be OK. They know we will meet again. That knowing is steady. It gives them peace, and it can give you peace too. Not every thought is your own. Sometimes the ones you need are handed to you. When you stop calling it coincidence, you notice how often they are talking. Love does not vanish. Attention makes the line between you clearer. Keep it simple. Keep it honest. Keep it daily.
Below is a guided meditation I wrote for you to listen to and help you connect with your loved ones.
Meditation
Connect with Your Loved Ones
Meditation here.
Practical tips for connecting with your loved ones
Drop the heavy beliefs
• Death isn’t punishment. Consciousness continues.
• Hell shows up as a mind-movie for those who expect it. Notice, reject, exit.
• No “light trap.” No system forcing reincarnation. Choice remains choice.
Setup
• Pick a quiet spot. Dim lights. Sit upright, feet grounded.
• One intention line: “I’m here to connect with ____ in love and truth.”
• One anchor word for calm, your choice. Repeat it softly until you feel settled.
Quick script you speak in-session
• “Hi ____. I love you. Sit with me.”
• “I’m listening in stillness.”
• “Use memory, feeling, or simple thought to reach me.”
What to notice during
• First response is often subtle. Memory flash, body warmth, a single word, a nudge to look at something.
• Don’t chase visuals. Receive. Keep breathing slow and even.
• If grief spikes, place a hand on your chest for three breaths, say the anchor word, then return.
After the sit
• Write three lines:
1. What arose.
2. How it felt in the body.
3. Any clear message in plain words.
• Thank them out loud. Close with your anchor word.
Daily “open channel” habit, 2 minutes
• Morning: “____, walk with me today. I’m listening.”
• Midday: Pause 20 seconds. Notice any nudge or memory.
• Night: Log one sign or moment of presence.
Signs protocol
• Memories popping in without a trigger.
• Perfect-timed songs, names, dates, numbers linked to them.
• Sudden urge to visit a place or open a box you forgot.
• Dreams that feel crisp and ordinary at once, with clean emotion, not chaos.
• Rule: stop calling it coincidence. Acknowledge it, out loud.
Dream method, simple and clean
• Before sleep: “____, meet me in a safe, loving space. Clear memory on waking.”
• Visual cue: a bench in a meadow. Sit and wait. No forcing.
• On waking: write three bullet points immediately, even if thin.
Strengthen the link
• Consistency beats length. Five steady minutes, every day.
• Speak to them during ordinary tasks. Washing dishes. Walking the dog.
• Share updates. Ask for simple guidance, one question at a time.
Boundaries and signal hygiene
• Ask for messages that serve healing, truth, and everyone’s best path.
• No timelines, no tests, no “prove it.” That muddies the signal.
• If something feels off, pause. Say, “Only love and truth here.” Reset.
When nothing seems to happen
• Lower effort. You’re not “doing” radio, you’re receiving it.
• Swap method. Try memory-first: hold a warm memory, then invite presence.
• Shorten sessions. Two minutes, twice a day, for a week.
• Reduce inputs. Less scrolling, less noise, more silence.
Your philosophy, stated plainly
• Consciousness continues.
• Perception shapes first moments after death. Recognition ends fear.
• The light is optional. Routes home vary.
• Re-entry into life remains a choice. Growth keeps moving with or without bodies.
This Week’s Vibe
September 15 – 21, 2025
Take with you what resonates, and if something doesn’t, let it go. This is just a guide, not the only map.
We’re in the thick of eclipse season now, leaning toward a Solar Eclipse in Virgo on September 21. Saturn is retrograde in Pisces, asking us to face what we’ve avoided and rebuild with integrity. Uranus is retrograde in Gemini, stirring ideas, restlessness, and needing flexibility. Midweek, Mercury shifts into Libra, bringing more focus to relationships, fairness, how we communicate. There’s tension around old patterns and how much say you give them.
Theme of the Week
The Fool (upright) + Queen of Cups (reversed) + Disseminating Moon (Moonology: take time to breathe out)
The mood this week is about stepping into new territory, even if you’re carrying wounds or doubts. The Fool wants you to start fresh, to take risks, to trust in what’s possible. But the Queen of Cups reversed warns your emotions may be murky: maybe you're second-guessing what you feel or letting mood swings get louder than your intuition. The Disseminating Moon adds a moment to exhale—release what’s no longer serving emotionally before charging ahead.
Challenge / Shadow
Wheel of Fortune (reversed) + Queen of Wands (upright) + Mutable Moon (nothing is yet set in stone)
This may be the week you feel stuck in cycles — wanting change but unsure how to shift. Wheel of Fortune reversed can bring resistance: fear of bad luck, avoidance of shifts, doubting whether change is for the better. Queen of Wands upright reminds you to show up, be confident, use your voice—even if it feels scary. And the Mutable Moon card signals nothing is locked in yet; you still have space to adjust how things move.
Gift / Support
Page of Wands (reversed) + Judgment (reversed) + Waxing Crescent Moon (have faith in your dreams)
Here’s what helps: letting go of the pressure to perform and trusting your inner fire. Page of Wands reversed might slow you down, but in that hang-time there’s clarity: what you want, what you don’t. Judgment reversed suggests avoiding harsh self-judgment, or waiting for the “right moment” to validate your ideas. The Waxing Crescent Moon reminds you to plant seeds even if soil feels rocky — the dream work now grows over time.
Weekend Energy
The Universe Is Your Partner
By weekend, the cosmos wants you to feel less alone in whatever you’re carrying. There’s a shift toward collaboration, grace, or just signs that something bigger is helping you move. Let go of forcing; let the Universe show up where it can.
Closing Note
This week asks you to lean into emergent possibility while sitting with uncertainty. Risk, trust, release—those are your tools. Use them.
