The Weekly Vibe
How to commune with angels, plus a guided meditation with a hypnotic induction to open your imagination so you can play in the angel realm. Tarot, astrology, and Halloween vibes at the end.
How to Commune With Angels
A gentle guide for remembering something you already know
Some people are born feeling the presence of angels. Others find them later. Some need silence. Some need music. Some see lights. Some feel peace. All of it is valid.
Communing with angels doesn’t require a belief system or a ritual. It just requires your attention. A kind of quiet listening. A returning to that place in you where knowing lives.
If you’ve ever felt like something was watching over you, gently, without judgment—if you’ve ever looked at the sky and felt comforted without knowing why—you’ve already brushed against that presence.
Still, there are practices that can help you open that space more deliberately. Things people have done across centuries and cultures to invite that presence in.
These aren’t rules. They’re reminders. Try what speaks to you. Leave the rest.
Stillness and Sensing
Angels aren’t loud. They don’t shout. They come through the thin spaces—the breath between thoughts, the quiet before sleep, the pause after grief.
You don’t have to meditate perfectly. You don’t have to clear your mind. Just be still enough to listen differently. Sometimes even ten seconds of real presence is enough to feel something shift.
Light a Candle (or Don’t)
In many traditions, people lit a flame to represent the unseen. Fire has always symbolized the bridge between realms—how something invisible becomes visible, for a moment.
If it helps you, light a candle before you ask to connect. Watch it flicker. Let it be your anchor. Or skip it. You are enough.
Writing to the Unseen
Some people call this automatic writing. Others call it journaling. But really, it’s just a conversation.
Open your journal and ask, “Is there a message for me today?”
Write whatever comes, even if it feels made up. Especially then. Don’t edit. Just listen. Angels will often use the voice inside your head—but you’ll know the difference. Their words feel wider than your own.
Breath and Body Awareness
Because angels are energetic, the more present you are in your own body, the more easily you can feel them.
Try this: breathe slowly into your belly. Feel the weight of your body in the chair or bed. Imagine that every breath is opening a little door in you. After a few minutes, just notice: is there a feeling? A warmth? A shift?
You’re not doing it wrong if you feel nothing. This is about creating a space where the conversation could happen.
Ask for a Sign
This one is simple: “If you’re near, send me a sign I can recognize.”
Don’t overthink it. You might get chills, see a repeating number, feel a sudden peace, or hear wind chimes. You might just feel a bit less alone.
It may not come right away, but if you ask with an open heart, something tends to answer.
Dreamtime Invitations
Angels often communicate through dreams because it’s one of the few times we’re quiet enough to listen.
Before sleep, say: “I invite any angelic presence to visit me tonight. Please come in a form I can understand.”
Keep a notebook beside your bed. You may not remember every dream—but the feeling often lingers. And sometimes, that’s the message.
Nature as a Portal
Walk outside. Ask a question. Then listen—not with your ears, but with your attention.
Watch how the light moves through leaves. How the air shifts. How an animal pauses near you. The natural world doesn’t speak in sentences, but it speaks. Angels often ride in on that same current.
You Don’t Have to Believe
This isn’t about belief. It’s about openness.
The presence of angels isn’t dependent on whether you believe they’re real. They’ve never needed you to worship them. They’re here because they love you.
All you have to do is remember:
They’ve always been here.
They speak in silence, symbols, and sensations.
You are never too far away to hear them.
And if you ever forget, come back to the breath. The sky. The candle. The question.
They’re never far.
Meeting the Angels: Different Kinds and How to Recognize Their Energy
There’s no hierarchy in the angelic. Not really.
They don’t walk around handing out titles or bragging about their rank. They’re not trying to impress you with flash or feathers. Most of the time, they don’t even say their names.
They just show up when you’re quiet enough to feel them.
Some come to protect. Some to guide. Some just to be near.
Most don’t need to take form. They’re presence. Energy. Stillness. That feeling when fear dissolves and time pauses. That breathless peace that arrives out of nowhere and changes everything, even if nothing changes.
And yet—if you spend long enough listening—you may start to feel the differences.
Some are more cosmic. Vast. Winged in ways your imagination never prepared for. Like the ones who cradle you through thresholds, wrap you in light when you have to go back into a broken body, or hold you in the space between waking and whatever’s next.
Some feel more personal. More rooted. Like companions. Helpers. Ones who’ve been with you your whole life, even if you never learned their name.
Maybe you find out later, after the fact. Maybe they tell you.
And sometimes, like a wink from the universe, you look it up and find the very name you heard in the dark matches a name that’s been whispered for centuries. And you think, “Of course. That’s exactly who you are.”
They don’t come for ego. They come for purpose.
You may feel one appear to help you through grief. Another through love. Another for creative birth or endings or transformation. You don’t have to study their resumes. Just feel.
There are angels for healing. For animals. For life and death. For the parts of you you’ve forgotten. And the ones you’re still learning to become.
They don’t judge what you’re going through. They just show up with the energy you need—whatever that looks like.
Recognizing Their Energy
You don’t always need a sign. You’ll know.
Still, there are ways they let you know they’re there. Not to prove anything—but to remind you you’re not alone.
For some people, it’s warmth. For others, a flicker of light in the corner of the eye.
For me? They usually show up on my left. I don’t know why, but that’s where I feel them—just over the shoulder, just behind me.
When I feel that tingling—that shiver in my back, that electric hush—I know: they’re not just nearby. They’re here to work with me. It’s like a soft activation. A quiet yes.
It’s not flashy. It’s not dramatic. It’s more like a gentle tap on the shoulder, a feeling that someone stepped into the room, even if the air didn’t move.
When I’m doing a reading, and their message hits home, that same tingling tells me, “Yes. You said it. We’re with you.”
Sometimes souls do it too. And animal energy? That one tends to come straight down the center—sweet, clear, solid.
Each presence feels different. Each one has its own texture.
But once you’ve felt that presence enough times, you stop asking for proof. You just welcome them in.

Playing in the Angelic Realm
This one’s special. I wanted to try and recreate a place I went to during my near-death experience. It was this space where I got to play with the angels. Not games or anything, just pure freedom, laughter, and peace. No fear, no weight, no limits.
In this meditation, I use a kind of hypnotic induction to quiet the busy side of your mind and open up your imagination. From there, you’re guided into a space where you can let yourself be free and play with them in your own way.
I can’t promise it’ll be what I experienced, because every experience is personal to the person having it. I just want to help you get into that mood, into that space, and know that it’s possible to close your eyes and play.
This week, I’m keeping the meditation open for everyone. I want anybody who wants to experience it to be able to. The rest of the newsletter, with the weekly tarot, astrology, Halloween bits, and birthdays, is for paid subscribers. But this part felt too special not to share.
And just a quick note, I’m not a professional hypnotist, but I do understand the process and used a light hypnotic induction in this one. It’s meant to relax you and help open your imagination. I hope it takes you somewhere peaceful. If it does, I’d love to hear how it went for you.
A Note on Extras
Each week’s This Week’s Vibe includes the week’s astrology, a reading that blends Tarot, Oracle, and Moonology cards, and a Birthday Note for anyone celebrating. I’ll also add something seasonal or fun when it fits — and since it’s Halloween week, you’ll find a little extra spooky sparkle in here too. 🎃
This Week’s Vibe
October 27 – November 2, 2025
Take what fits and leave the rest. This is here to guide you, not define you.
The Energy This Week
We start the week deep in Scorpio season, when emotions run strong and intuition runs deeper. Scorpio asks us to look beneath the surface — what’s real, what’s ready to change, what we’re brave enough to release.
Early in the week the Moon in Capricorn brings focus and structure — perfect for setting priorities. Midweek it shifts into Aquarius, sparking curiosity and social energy. By Friday (Halloween 👻) it drifts into Pisces, softening everything with emotion, creativity, and imagination.
In plain terms: this week begins grounded, moves into expansion, and ends on a mystical, emotional note. Plan early, feel later, and stay open to the weirdly wonderful in between.
Theme of the Week
Tarot – Page of Pentacles (reversed)
Moonology – New Moon in Pisces “ Meditate and Contemplate ”
Energy Oracle – The Temple Path
This week is about slowing down and refocusing. The Page of Pentacles reversed can feel like stalled progress, but “The Temple Path” reminds you you’re still moving — just through a quieter phase. The Pisces New Moon asks for reflection rather than reaction.
Plain terms: if things feel paused, it’s on purpose. Rest your brain, clear your space, and trust the process.
Challenge / Shadow
Tarot – Eight of Pentacles (upright)
Moonology – Mutable Moon “ Nothing Is Yet Set in Stone ”
Energy Oracle – Walking Away
You’ve been working hard, but not everything needs finishing just because you started it. The cards here hint at flexibility — learning when effort pays off and when it’s time to redirect.
Plain terms: if something feels forced, step back. Change direction if it brings peace. Effort is noble; obsession isn’t.
Gift / Support
Tarot – Five of Wands (upright)
Moonology – Blue Moon “ Believe in the Impossible ”
Energy Oracle – Door to Spirit
Conflict brings clarity this week. The Five of Wands stirs tension, but “Door to Spirit” and the Blue Moon both promise breakthrough moments.
Plain terms: the hard conversation or messy moment might actually open a door. Don’t shy away from honesty — it’s how the magic sneaks in.
🎃 Halloween Spotlight (Friday Oct 31)
Full Moon in Leo – “ Don’t Let Pride Get in Your Way ”
First Quarter Moon – “ Your Commitment Is Being Tested ”
Halloween night glows with bold, creative Leo energy. You’ll feel playful and expressive, but the Quarter Moon adds a test of focus — can you keep your heart open even when things feel dramatic?
Plain terms: have fun, dress up, laugh loud — but stay kind. Let love lead your confidence.
Fun Spooky Astro Fact: Halloween lands in Scorpio season — the sign tied to transformation and the unseen. Ancient Samhain marked this time as when the veil between worlds grows thin. Intuition, dreams, and memories feel stronger now; listen to what whispers back.
Weekend Energy
Moonology Manifestation – New Moon in Libra “ Know You Are Loved ”
After the intensity of Halloween, the weekend smooths out. Libra brings softness, balance, and connection.
Plain terms: rest with people who feel like home. Let comfort win this weekend.
🎂 Birthday Note (Oct 27 – Nov 2, 2025)
If your birthday falls this week, this year is all about renewal. Scorpio season makes it a year of truth and transformation — shedding what no longer fits and stepping into power that feels authentic. You’re learning to trust yourself more deeply than ever before.
Plain terms: this is your “rebirth” year — fewer masks, more honesty, stronger heart.
Closing Note
Balance work with wonder. Let Halloween’s magic remind you that life’s deepest changes often start quietly, then glow brighter than you expected.
🌟 Something Special
Each week I’ll leave a little spark of inspiration or curiosity to carry with you.
Did You Know?
Pumpkins weren’t the original jack-o’-lanterns — early Celts carved turnips to scare away spirits. When immigrants reached America, pumpkins were easier to find, so they became the symbol of transformation and protection. Astrologically, pumpkins align with earthy Taurus energy: grounding, nurturing, and full of quiet magic — just like this week’s reminder to stay rooted while the world changes around you. 🎃
