The Weekly Vibe
We’re focusing on meditation and vibration this week, with a guided track that proves meditation isn’t hard—you just need the right techniques.
Meditation + Raising Your Vibration Made Simple
A lot of people think meditation means sitting on a mountain for three years trying to wipe your mind clean. That’s not it.
You don’t have to clear your mind. Thoughts are always going to show up. The trick is not chasing them. You notice the thought, then bring yourself back to something simple. That’s meditation. It’s that plain.
And here’s the thing: most meditations naturally raise your vibration. Just by sitting down and letting yourself watch the noise instead of getting caught in it, the negative thoughts lose power. You’re calmer. You’re lighter. You’re clearer.
Now—what do I mean by “raising your vibration”? Nothing fancy. It’s just choosing expansion instead of shutdown. Negative isn’t evil, it’s a stop sign. It halts movement. Positive is expansion. It moves you forward. That’s the difference.
You don’t have to sit for hours to get there. You can raise your vibration in everyday ways:
Petting your animals. I sit with my cats or feed the strays outside. Pure medicine.
Music. One song, played loud, sung like you mean it, can change your state fast.
Gratitude. Running through good memories until you feel them in your body.
Smiling or laughing—even when you choose it yourself. You don’t need anyone else to hand you that.
Movement. Stretch, dance around, even a short walk outside shifts your energy.
Nature. Step outside, feel the air, notice the sky, the trees, the ground under your feet.
Food and inputs. Notice how different meals make you feel—light or heavy, clear or foggy. Same with what you consume online. Constant doom scrolling drags your energy down. Choose what lifts you instead.
Meditation and vibration feed each other. When you meditate, you raise your vibration by stepping out of the negative loops. When you raise your vibration, it makes it easier to drop into meditation. Together, they help you hear your own inner voice more clearly. That’s the point. Not to be a monk or a psychic, but to live clearer, lighter, more guided.
Practical tips: making meditation easy
Start small. One or two minutes is enough. Don’t feel like you need to force 20. If it helps, set a timer so you’re not thinking about the clock.
Get comfortable. Sit somewhere you won’t be distracted. Chair, couch, floor, bed—doesn’t matter. What matters is you can relax and stay put.
Pick an anchor. The breath is the classic one. Inhale, exhale, come back to it when your mind drifts. But you can also use sound, a feeling in your body, or even your senses—notice what you see, hear, or smell.
Don’t beat yourself up. Wandering thoughts aren’t failure. Every time you notice and return, that’s the practice.
Experiment with styles. Try mindful breathing, a body scan (moving your awareness from head to toe), walking meditation (pay attention to each step), or guided meditations if you like a voice to lead you.
Make it a habit, not a performance. Pick a time that fits—morning, bedtime, during lunch break. Short and regular beats long and rare. And if you miss a day, fine. Just come back the next time.
Meditation doesn’t mean blank. It means aware. And when you practice awareness—even in short, everyday ways—you’re training yourself to return to calm faster. That calm naturally lifts your vibration.
So don’t overcomplicate this. Meditation and vibration are not two separate things. They’re partners. One clears the noise. The other expands your energy. Do both and your inner voice comes through loud and clear.
About this meditation
I made this session to show that meditation doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated. It’s a real meditation that will also train you how to meditate, step by step. You’ll learn two simple ways to begin, relaxing the body or grounding into the Earth and universe, using visualizations you can easily re-create on your own. While you’re in the meditative state, you’ll also practice being present or setting a gentle intention, handling wandering thoughts, and returning to focus. This way, you not only experience meditation, but you also learn how to repeat it yourself, even for just a couple of minutes a day—and keep in mind, every day it gets easier and easier to do.
A Note on Extras
From now on, This Week’s Vibe will always include a look at the week’s astrology, a reading with Tarot, Oracle, and Moonology cards, and a Birthday Note for anyone celebrating this week. On top of that, I’ll rotate an extra focus each week — sometimes a Planet Spotlight (a closer look at one big transit), other times Lunar Wisdom (tying the Moon cycle into the reading). That way you’ll always get a clear, consistent structure with a little variety mixed in.
This Week’s Vibe
September 29 – October 5, 2025
Take what resonates, and if something doesn’t, let it go. This is a guide, not a rulebook.
We step into this week carrying the energy of last week’s Virgo solar eclipse and the Sun’s move into Libra. The skies are asking for balance, fairness, and reflection after sudden shifts. Saturn continues its retrograde through Pisces, reminding us that unfinished lessons don’t just vanish — they circle back until we face them. Uranus retrograde in Gemini stirs the mental field, pushing us to stay flexible.
✨ Planet Spotlight: Mars enters Scorpio
Midweek, Mars moves into Scorpio, its home turf. This shift is bold, deep, and unflinching. Collectively, it sharpens ambition and exposes hidden motives. It can stir intensity — passions, power plays, even jealousy — but it also fuels resilience and focus. If you’ve been unsure about your drive, Mars in Scorpio demands clarity: what are you fighting for, and why?
Theme of the Week
Two of Cups (upright) + The Wall (Obstacles) + New Moon Eclipse: Expect Powerful Change
Relationships and agreements are at the heart of the week. The Two of Cups shows connection, partnership, and shared purpose — but “The Wall” card reminds us that building or repairing bonds isn’t effortless. There may be hurdles, even blockages. The Moonology card, New Moon Eclipse, says change is coming regardless. Obstacles are not dead ends; they’re catalysts for transformation.
Challenge / Shadow
Five of Swords (upright) + Deep Quiet (Meditation and Stillness) + Full Moon in Aries: A Fiery Climax Approaches
The shadow this week is conflict — the temptation to win at all costs, or to push your perspective until it burns bridges. The Five of Swords warns that even “victory” can leave scars. The Oracle card “Deep Quiet” shows the medicine: stillness, not reaction. With the Full Moon in Aries card appearing here, the warning is clear: fire can destroy or purify, depending on how it’s directed. The challenge is channeling heat without letting it scorch.
Gift / Support
Justice (upright) + Cosmic Womb (The Divine Feminine) + Full Moon in Sagittarius: Look at the Bigger Picture
The gift this week is perspective and alignment. Justice upright calls for truth, accountability, and fairness — both with yourself and with others. The Cosmic Womb shows support in softness, receptivity, and creativity. Pair that with the Sagittarius Moon card, and the blessing is expansion: step back, zoom out, and trust that life is bigger than this moment. Balance comes from seeing the larger arc, not just the immediate tension.
Weekend Energy
First Quarter Moon in Sagittarius: Believe in Your Good Luck
By the weekend, the vibe lightens. Optimism, possibility, and expansion are the focus. The card reminds you to believe in what’s unfolding, even if you can’t see every step yet. Trust in your own momentum.
Birthday Note (Sept 29 – Oct 5, 2025)
If your birthday is this week, the year ahead is about balance. Libra season highlights your connections and relationships, while Mars in Scorpio brings intensity and focus to what you’re building behind the scenes. This is your year to be honest with yourself and others about what’s worth committing to.
Closing Note
This week is about navigating intensity with perspective. Change is here, obstacles are real, but balance and clarity can be found by zooming out and choosing fairness over force. Let Mars in Scorpio sharpen your focus — but let Justice and the Cosmic Womb guide how you use that power.
